We have just passed the "National Day", one of the longest holidays in China, but for us, even if it is a national holiday, we are still solving problems for our customers in our own positions, especially busy in workers in workshop. But everything is worth it. At present, customers in Europe, North America, and Asia are ready to trade with us again, and some have already placed orders.  

With the continuous accumulation of our customers, when the customer received the video photos of the machine we took to the customers, the various additional requests required by the customer, we solved the problem for the customer, and the solution was perfect, and we did not charge the customer any cost. We don’t just look at profit, but we care about what our customers comment about us, "The machines are great, They look pretty awesome, cute and nice" "You are really kind and reliable"....., as it is enough for a supplier to be recognized by customers all over the world. Of course we are greedier. Just ask that in the world packaging industry a hundred years later, when someone mentions a packaging machine, he will say, ‘Oh, I know, there is a company called Joompac, and the quality and service are excellent.  

Yes, this is our goal. Our price may not be the cheapest, but we have every reason to believe that our quality is the best, because we have confidence in our machines. If you ask me why our price is better than others It is better to ask them why their prices are lower than ours. We will not cut corners on machines because of petty profits. Yes, we would rather not do this business than put the safety of our customers and the company above this meager profit. All of our salespersons have maintained very close relationships with their old customers. They are no longer just the relationship between traders, buyers and sellers, but because of a trade they have become friends who live in the global village. When new customers communicate with us, we explain machine knowledge in detail, discuss various issues raised by customers, and ask for maximum consent. Whether new and old customers purchase from our company is only a matter of time.

Therefore, the factory recently received a flood of order forms from the international sales department. This is not only a trust in our company, but also shows that our approach to customers is correct. There is no supplier who does not like to think of themselves as God, who can satisfy all their needs and consider themselves thoughtful for them. This is also the voice of the customers who place orders from our company. For us, we still need to do better and strive for perfection for a hundred years.
